Uplines, Downlines, and Commission Configuration
Onboard a downline agency, invite their admins, and configure commission levels — with the whole hierarchy visible in one view.
If your agency has agencies under it, you have been managing that relationship outside InsureTrek. This release brings the hierarchy in.
You can onboard a downline agency end to end: send the invite, collect the agency agreement, walk them through the tasks they need to complete, and see when they're done. The downline works through their own checklist and signs in directly once it's finished, so onboarding stops being a thread of emails you have to chase.
The hierarchy view shows the whole structure — who reports to whom, how many producers sit under each branch, and where a relationship is still incomplete. Uplines and downlines both see the version of it that's theirs to see.
Commission levels are configurable per relationship, so the arrangement you actually negotiated is recorded where the work happens rather than in a side agreement nobody can find. Changes are tracked, and there's a revision history when you need to explain how a configuration got to where it is.
A few guardrails came with it: you can't upload an agency agreement before an invite exists, a downline can't be created without a name, and offboarding a DRLP warns you before it takes effect rather than after.
Producer notes arrived alongside this work — the beginning of keeping context on the record instead of in someone's inbox.
