Knowing what one application costs is useful. Knowing what a territory costs is the question a licensing admin actually asks.

Building a territory now shows the total licensing cost it implies. Pick the states and lines of authority, and you see what applying for that footprint would come to — before it becomes a decision anyone has committed to.

The same applies to changing assignments. Modify a producer's states or lines and the estimate updates with the change, so you can see the difference between what they have and what you're proposing. A territory reshuffle across a team of forty stops being a number you find out at the end of the month.

Total license cost appears on the licenses view as well, so the cost of a producer's current footprint is visible without adding it up yourself.
