Territories

Group the states you write in, assign producers to a territory instead of a list of states, and reuse it across your team.

Most agencies don't think in individual states. They think in footprints — the states a role covers, the states a region covers. Territories let you say that once.

Build a territory from a set of states, name it something your team recognizes, and assign producers to it. New hires in that role get the whole footprint in one action instead of a state-by-state selection nobody enjoys doing twice.

Coverage by state
  • Indiana2
  • Kentucky1
  • Florida3
  • New York2
  • Arkansas1
  • Kansas1

Territories can be cloned, which is how most second territories get made — a variation on one you already have. Duplicate names are caught so you don't end up with two territories called "Southeast" that mean different things.

You can edit a territory after producers are assigned to it, and delete one you no longer use. Every territory shows how many producers currently sit in it, so you know what a change is about to affect.
