Single sign-on
Agencies on Microsoft can now sign in with their existing work account. No separate InsureTrek password to issue, rotate, or recover — access follows whatever your IT team already does. Signing up through SSO works the same way, so a new admin joins without anyone minting credentials for them.
A rebuilt sign-in
Sign-in and forgot-password were redesigned end to end. The pages remember how you logged in last time and offer that route first, which mostly means you stop guessing whether you're an SSO account or a password account.
Other improvements
- One-time codes are validated in the moments that call for extra confirmation
- Removing someone from your account now fully clears their access rather than leaving a dormant record behind
