Auto-renewal covers more ground
Auto-renewal went through several rounds this month and now handles the cases it used to miss — individual producers, licenses with fees attached, and renewals that were previously being calculated from the wrong date. The upcoming renewals list reflects the same logic, so what you see there matches what will actually happen.
Employment history
Completing employment history is less painful. The questions were tightened, duplicate entries are caught, and the flow no longer loses what you entered when you navigate away.
Social Security numbers are masked by default
A producer's Social Security number no longer sits in plain text on the screens that show their details. It renders masked, and revealing one is a deliberate action available only where the work genuinely requires it — rather than the number being visible to anyone who happened to open the record.
Other improvements
- Sorting works correctly on license number, license fee, and renewal payment columns
- Washington reinstatements are restricted where the state doesn't allow them
- California background question confirmations appear before submission rather than after
- Licenses reports now include the issue date
