The Producer Portal

Until now, everything a producer needed went through an agency admin. This release gives producers their own way in.

Signing in, a producer sees their own licenses, their renewal dates, and what needs their attention. They can edit their own contact details and biographic information, which removes the most common reason an admin was in the middle of the conversation at all.

They can also apply for a license themselves. If your payment configuration says the producer pays, they pay and submit. If the agency pays, the application follows the agency's setup. Either way, an admin doesn't have to key it in on their behalf.

Individual producers — people who aren't part of an agency team at all — now have a full account rather than an agency account with one person in it. Their licenses, renewals, and billing are theirs.

For admins, this changes the shape of the queue. Routine requests that used to arrive as an email now happen without you, and what reaches you is the work that actually needs a licensing decision.
