Notes and Activity on Every Producer
Keep notes on a producer's record, share them with the producer when it helps, and see the full history of what happened and when.
Producers now carry their own notes and their own activity history, so the context behind a licensing decision lives on the record instead of in someone's inbox.
Notes sit on the producer's profile. Write one when you're waiting on a document, when a state came back with a question, or when you've agreed to hold an application until a start date. Notes also travel into your producer reports, so the context shows up in the same export you were already sending to the rest of the team. You can leave notes on an individual license as well, which is where most of the detail belongs — a renewal you're deliberately delaying, or an amendment that needed a follow-up call.
By default a note is yours. Only admins on your team can see it, and producers see nothing. When a note is something the producer should act on, you can share it, and it appears for them in their portal. That keeps one thread in one place rather than splitting between your system of record and an email chain nobody else can find.
Alongside notes, every producer record now has an activity timeline: what happened, in order, with dates. When someone asks why a license took three weeks, the answer is on the record rather than reconstructed from memory.
None of this needs setup. Open any producer and the notes and activity sections are there, with everything that has happened since already in place.
