Alerts and Email Preferences

InsureTrek has plenty to tell you — expiring licenses, applications that stalled, producers missing something. Until now it told you all of it, the same way, to everyone.

Alerts now surface in the app on the record they concern, so you can work them as a list instead of reconstructing them from email.

Email preferences are yours to set. Turn categories on or off per account, so the person who handles renewals gets renewal mail and the person who doesn't, doesn't. Producers can turn their own alerts on or off, and admins can enable or disable alerting per producer where that's the right call.

The intent is that email becomes a nudge rather than the system of record. The full picture is in the app; the email just tells you to go look.
