Onboard Producers Before They're Licensed

Bring a producer into InsureTrek while they're still pre-licensed, then watch the license land on its own.

Hiring rarely waits for a license. You make an offer, the producer starts studying, and for a few weeks they exist in a spreadsheet because there's nothing to track yet. InsureTrek now takes them on day one.

Onboard a producer as pre-licensed and they get a real record before they hold a single license. Their profile, states, and assignments are all in place, so the work you'd otherwise redo later is done once. When their first license comes through, InsureTrek picks it up automatically and the record fills in — you don't go back and rebuild the producer from scratch.

Pre-licensed producers get their own onboarding email, so they know what to do next without you writing it. Admins see them on the home screen alongside everyone else rather than in a separate list you have to remember to check.

Fees behave the way you'd expect. A pre-licensed producer's first application is priced like any other, so bringing someone on early doesn't change what you pay or when you pay it.

Offboarding works too. If a hire falls through before the license arrives, you can offboard a pre-licensed producer the same way you'd offboard anyone else, and their record closes cleanly.

The practical effect is that the gap between "we've hired them" and "they're in the system" disappears. Recruiting and licensing stop being two separate lists.
