The hardest part of licensing isn't tracking what you know. It's finding out what changed while nobody was looking.

InsureTrek reads producer license and appointment data from NIPR directly. Your records reflect what the states actually show — status, LOAs, expiration dates, and the appointments attached to them — rather than what someone typed into a spreadsheet after a phone call.

Records refresh on their own, and you can refresh a producer on demand when you know something has changed and don't want to wait. When a refresh can't complete, you get a message that says so rather than a screen that quietly shows stale data.

Applications you submit through InsureTrek are polled until the state responds, so an application's status moves on its own from submitted to approved without anyone checking.

This is the foundation the rest of the product sits on. Every renewal date, every alert, and every compliance answer depends on the underlying record being the state's version rather than a copy of it.
