Eligibility: Knowing Before You Apply
InsureTrek checks whether a producer can actually get the license you're about to apply for, and tells you what's in the way.
The worst licensing outcome isn't a slow application. It's a rejected one — you've paid the fee, waited, and learned something you could have known upfront.
InsureTrek now runs an eligibility check before an application goes out. It looks at what the producer already holds, what the state requires, and whether the combination you're requesting is one the state will accept.
Where a producer isn't eligible, the reason is on screen. A resident license held in another state, an LOA already active under a broader authority, a line class the state doesn't pair the way you assumed — you see which one it is instead of a generic failure.
Eligibility is checked on refresh too, so a producer's record reflects what they could apply for today rather than what was true when you last looked.
The practical effect is fewer fees spent on applications that were never going to succeed, and fewer weeks lost to finding out the slow way.
