InsureTrek Mailbox Is Here

InsureTrek Mailbox is available to all InsureTrek customers. It brings licensing and contracting emails into the same platform where you already track NPNs, appointments, and contracting applications.

Before this release, carrier emails lived in individual inboxes. When a carrier approved a contracting application or requested more information, the update sat with one producer. Your operations team found out by asking around. If a producer left, those records left with them.

Mailbox changes that. InsureTrek filters incoming email and captures only what matters to licensing and contracting: carrier approvals and declines, appointment confirmations, license-related updates, and follow-up requests. Everything else stays in the producer's inbox.

Setup takes minutes. Producers on Microsoft Outlook connect their account directly in InsureTrek. Producers on other providers set up standard email forwarding. Agencies can also connect an agency-level email address to capture carrier updates and licensing notices sent to the agency itself.

Once a producer connects, agency admins see every relevant email that producer receives, inside InsureTrek. No more waiting for producers to forward confirmations or relay decline notices by hand. Your team gets a shared view across the whole roster, so a follow-up request from a carrier gets caught before it becomes a delay.

Mailbox works alongside the rest of the platform. You can check a producer's license status, review appointments, and now read the carrier emails behind both, all in one place. It fits the same workflow you use for renewals and CE tracking.
