Agency Documents, Agreements, and Employment History

Licensing runs on paperwork, and this release is about keeping it in one place.

Agency supporting documents

Agencies can now store the documents states and carriers ask for against the agency record rather than attaching them per application. Upload once, and the document is there when a background question needs it.

Agreements during onboarding

Onboarding can now collect an agreement as part of the flow. A producer signs where the signature is required, and the signed document lands on their record rather than in an inbox.

Employment history

Employment history was reworked. The form is easier to complete end to end, gaps are easier to fill without redoing entries, and duplicate entries are caught while you're entering them instead of on submission.

Other improvements

• Documents carry a timestamp so a resubmitted version doesn't overwrite the original
• Notifications for approved licenses are batched, so a bulk approval doesn't produce a wall of separate emails
• Downline invites can be revoked
