Billing You Can Manage Yourself

Billing has moved into InsureTrek. You can start a subscription, change it, and manage your payment method without asking us to do it for you.

What you can do now

• Subscribe and update your plan from inside your account
• Add or remove seats as your team changes, with the subscription adjusting to match
• Update the card on file, and see when a payment fails rather than finding out later
• Open a billing portal with your invoice history in it

Payment configuration

Agencies can decide who pays for what. Payment configuration lets you set whether the agency covers a producer's application fees or the producer does, and that setting follows the producer through onboarding rather than being decided per application.

Fees are shown before you commit to them. When a license application carries a state fee, you see it on the way in.
