Batch Apply Is Live for Licensing Admins

Batch Apply is live in InsureTrek. Licensing admins submit new, renewal, and amend applications for many producers in one action and see NIPR errors per item.

Batch Apply is now live in InsureTrek for licensing admins who submit new, renewal, and amend applications at volume.

The feature lives in the Producers Global State Licenses section of the Admin view. Filter to Ready to Apply, select the licenses you want, or use Select All, then click Batch Apply. The button shows the count of selected applications before you submit. InsureTrek processes the batch in the background and communicates with NIPR for you.

This changes the shape of a licensing admin's day. Instead of opening each producer record, checking status, and submitting one application at a time, you review a queue and confirm a selection. Onboarding a new cohort of producers into several states becomes one coordinated push rather than an afternoon of sequential submissions. Renewal cycles work the same way, for resident and non-resident licenses alike.

Failures stay visible. If NIPR returns an error on part of the batch, the failed applications show the specific message from NIPR on screen. You fix the issue and resubmit only those, without touching the ones that succeeded. NIPR delays do not block you either, since processing continues in the background while you work on other tasks.

Batch Apply covers three application types: new applications, renewals, and LOA additions through amend. It requires no setup. If you already track licenses and appointments in InsureTrek, the queue is ready the moment you open it.
