Let InsureTrek renew a license for you when the window opens, instead of watching a date.
Renewals are predictable, which makes them a strange thing to do by hand. Auto-renewal takes them off your list.
Turn it on for a license and InsureTrek submits the renewal when the state's window opens, using the payment configuration already set for that producer. You don't watch a date, and you don't discover the miss afterward.
It can be toggled from the licenses list, from the producer's profile, and from the producer portal, so whoever notices first can turn it on. Switching a producer's payment configuration carries their auto-renewal setting with it rather than silently dropping it.
Renewal dates come from each state's own rules, which don't agree with each other — some open ninety days out, some far less. InsureTrek tracks the window per state and per license type rather than applying one rule everywhere.
If a renewal fails, auto-renewal doesn't quietly keep trying and hoping. The license shows what happened so you can act on it.
