Managing Your Agency's Own Record

InsureTrek has always been careful about producer records. The agency's own record got less attention. This release fixes that.

Edit your agency

Agency details — addresses, contact information, the identifying data states ask for — can now be edited directly. Previously a change meant asking us. Your firm type is part of that, and it matters more than it sounds: several states treat a corporation differently from a partnership, and the applications InsureTrek builds now reflect what you actually are.

Refresh agency licensing data

Agency licenses refresh from the states the same way producer licenses do. If your agency's own license status changed, you'll see it without opening a state portal.

Other improvements

• Removing an LOA from an application no longer removes the application itself
• Invites sent at the same time no longer interfere with each other
• Texas DRLP handling was corrected where the state's rules diverge from the general case
• Coupled configuration issues affecting assignment were resolved
